Trust a mechanic? We happened to find one that proved not only to be honest, but is also the epitome of good customer service/customer relations. For a small business owner, Pat has been recognized more often than most by the community, previous and present customers, charitable organizations and Industry Associations, not to mention fellow mechanics.
We all know how stressful it can be to have "car problems" and to feel vulnerable. Pat alleviates our fears. He's very calm, kind and very respectful and professional - yet personable of his customers and employees.
I was very impressed with the respect he has for his employees. I remember asking him if they could service my car on a Saturday and he responded by saying that they (the employees) work hard all week and therefore are done at 6 pm weekdays and have the weekends off. That lessened my argument. I thought, Wow! This business owner isn't out to make all the money. He's thinking about his staff. I respect Pat for that.
Pat goes above and beyond meeting our needs and expectations. If he can't resolve your issues, he will find another business to do so, even if it were a competitor.
We're very comfortable with PJW Automotive. They take the fear out of car repair. We keep going back and have never considered another.
